Yesterday I went surfing for the first time (in a few years) and was out for 3 hours. I waxed the board before I got in, and between the paddling and poor attempts at riding waves, I destroyed my nipples
There are some minor scabs on the nipple itself, as well as raised bumps. They are so irritated and are sensitive to certain lotions.
Anyone ever go through this and find a quick fix?.|||vitamin E straight out of the capsule. not E oil in a bottle or E lotion of any kind, but the E oil that comes out of a vitamin E capsule (vitamin) that you puncture and apply to the area yourself. magic! neosporin or cocoa butter if you don't have that.|||time more than anything will cure nipple rash. if your a guy your lucky you didn't get "sack rash". makes you walk like a duck. this may sound weird but it works. before you go to bed get some vaseline or neosporin and put that on them, then cover that up with a band aid and throw on a shirt. they wont heal over night but the hardest part is staying out of the water. if you surf they will get irritated again. use a rash guard next time and if not i guess you can duck tape some band aides over your nipples and do it that way. but nipple rash is common and you'll get use to it eventually. plus if the surfs firing that'll be the last thing on your mind.....|||ummmm well wearing a rash guard would have helped prevented it but walgreens have a vitamin e lotion that'll help along with a warm wash rag hope that helps
can you plz take a crack at my most recent question on here?|||Go visit one of your friends in jail and yell out "I KNOW HOW YOU'RE FEELING RIGHT NOW". Then lift up your shirt and say "go ahead touch it". When they won't touch it put your shredded nip to the glass and yell "OH BILLY". Hope this helps|||I'm a chick, so don't get mad if this sounds stupid, but next time where a rash guard, but make sure its not one of those cheap $5 ones. It would be good to get one from quiksilver....
BTW where do you surf? I'm an east coast girl.....|||oh boy! once i got rug burn (wont mention how) on my lower back... dude you have to ride it through. But check out the medical section next time you hit a grocery store for open sores etc... at least give it some relief man... be nice to them next time|||A quick easy way to solve this problem is wearing a rashguard. You wont get rubbed through that. I usually wear rashguards when I surf.|||This is the funniest question I've read in a long time. Just put talc (baby powder) on them gently, and if you wear a shirt, make sure it doesn't rub against them.|||Sticky plaster on them before surfing.|||it puts the lotion on its skin..|||you haven't had sex until you've done it with a board..
