What is a good laptop or netbook to get just for surfing the Internet?

I'm looking for something in the $300-$500 range. All I plan to use it for is surfing the Internet.|||If i had to recommend anything id recommend the Toshiba AC100 here is a link

The best notebook for only surfing the net and downloading small contents is a MINI 10- Includes 1GB of RAM.. 160GB of HD....works on Intel庐 Atom鈩?Processor(1.66GHz) and its just 279.99 ( does not include shipping and taxes. But if you are willing to spend upto $500 I recommend you go for the Inspiron 15R. They are at the best deals now.
