What is a decent college in the states that has great surfing and is somewhat easy to get into?

I live in Vancouver and need to go to a school that is close to some good surfing, warm weather, and a big acceptance rate. In high school I kind of crapped up and got a gpa of 2.7. Any suggestions would be helpful.|||University of Rochester. Right by the beach.|||Texas A%26amp;M University Corpus Christi.|||University of Hawaii at Manoa.
