I want to see how many megabytes are downloaded totally every day surfing?

The company policy is 100 mb per day downloaded from the internet. I wonder which software can show me the total number of megabytes downloaded from internet. It includes; surfing internet, downloading files; outlook download traffic. Bottom line is that I want to monitor and control my network/internet activity, not to accede the 100 mb bandwidth limit.|||There are lot of free bandwidth meters available.
