Singapore has no waves required for surfing. Where in the region would you recommend for me to go learn surfing? Are there any organisations or tour packages that I can join?|||I wouldn't head to Java if your a novice. Your best bet is to jump on a plane to Bali and hook up with one of the Learn to Surf schools over there. I think its only 2 hours away and they'll have all the gear, knowledge and the right kind of waves for you to learn on.
