I've been surfing since I was a kid and wanted to post pics and discuss surfing with other like minded surfers. I found a couple of forums and each one was filled with negativity and people mocking beginner ''wannabe'' surfers. No evidence of their own skill was ever stated I might add.
So is there a forum that actually encourages the sport rather than criticizes and mocks?|||Of course there is. There is a yahoo group called worldwidesurfers that has posters of all levels from beginners to surfing hall of fame members, former pros, and former national surf champions plus a couple of manufacturers who are members. It encourages beginners to post and get feedback. Give it a shot.
